 <description>&lt;p&gt;This was absolutely delicious. I will definitely cook this again sometime. In the background is the inspiration for cooking the dish, Bram Stoker&#039;s DRACULA. In Chapter One, Jonathan Harker enjoys the dish as he begins his travels. The chicken is on a bed of mamaliga (polenta).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Have you ever read a story, or heard about a dish, and then decide to track down a recipe and cook it -- not knowing ahead of time if you&#039;d really like it or not?&lt;/p&gt;
