Description

This was absolutely delicious. I will definitely cook this again sometime. In the background is the inspiration for cooking the dish, Bram Stoker's DRACULA. In Chapter One, Jonathan Harker enjoys the dish as he begins his travels. The chicken is on a bed of mamaliga (polenta).

Have you ever read a story, or heard about a dish, and then decide to track down a recipe and cook it -- not knowing ahead of time if you'd really like it or not?
